Welcome to the Baker Elementary School website. Baker Elementary School is home for the Lions where students, parents, and staff team for creating enjoyable and effective educational experiences. Our school goal focuses on increased student achievement. The faculty provides instructional methods designed for meeting the individual needs of learners.

Our most important goal at Baker Elementary School is meeting the educational needs of our students. Part of that focus is enhancing student learning through technology, such as a wireless mobile computer lab, computers on wheels (COW), for integrating technology with the curriculum. Our students work directly with the CompassLearning program in situations directly related to the curriculum.

For the past several years, Baker Elementary School students have consistently been successful on the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA). The students and staff have set high expectations for success, resulting in high levels of achievement. We are confident our students will continue this excellent performance through this school year.

Very importantly, Baker Elementary School provides our students and staff with a safe and orderly environment. Parents and guardians are encouraged to be active participants in their child’s education. It is highly recognized that through families, educators, and communities collaborating efforts, schools improve and students receive a quality education and become productive members of the greater community.
